Electronic Consent Agreement
This Electronic Consent Agreement ("Consent") is provided by Dominus Holdings LLC ("NorLibs," "we," "our," or "us") and governs your agreement to transact electronically with us through the NorLibs platform (the "Services"). It is made under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act ("E-SIGN") and applicable state Uniform Electronic Transactions Act ("UETA") laws.
1. Consent to Electronic Transactions and Records
By accepting this Consent, you agree that:
- You consent to enter into agreements and transactions with NorLibs electronically;
- You consent to receive all agreements, notices, disclosures, authorizations, certifications, billing records, and other communications (collectively, "Records") electronically; and
- Your electronic acceptance (such as clicking "I agree," checking a box, or otherwise indicating assent) constitutes your legally binding electronic signature and has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
2. Scope
This Consent applies to all Records associated with your use of the Services, including the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Property & Content Certification, the Fair Housing Compliance Agreement, the Syndication Authorization, the Advertising Authorization, and any future agreement you accept on the Services.
3. Method of Delivery
We may provide Records to you by posting them on the Services, by displaying them during a workflow (such as registration, listing publication, or campaign submission), by email to the address associated with your account, or by other electronic means. You are responsible for keeping your account email current.
4. Hardware and Software Requirements
To access and retain Records, you need a device with internet access, a current web browser, an email account, and the ability to view, download, and print or store PDF or HTML documents. By accepting this Consent, you confirm that you have the ability to access Records in these formats.
5. Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw your consent to transact electronically by contacting us at support@norlibs.com. Because the Services are provided electronically, withdrawing this Consent will end your ability to use the Services. Withdrawal does not affect the legal validity of Records or transactions that occurred before withdrawal.
6. Record of Acceptance
When you accept this Consent, we record the acceptance together with the document version, a timestamp, your account identifier, and technical details such as IP address, browser/user-agent, and device information, as described in our Privacy Policy.
