Advertising Authorization Agreement

This Advertising Authorization Agreement ("Authorization") is provided by Dominus Holdings LLC ("NorLibs," "we," "our," or "us") and applies when you submit or launch an advertising campaign through the NorLibs platform (the "Services"). It supplements the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Authorization to Advertise on Your Behalf

By submitting or launching a campaign, you authorize and direct NorLibs to create, publish, optimize, manage, analyze, and report on advertising campaigns on your behalf using the listing information, media, budget, and settings you supply, and to transmit that information to the advertising platforms you select.

2. Authorization to Charge

You authorize NorLibs and its payment processor (Stripe) to charge your designated payment method for the campaign budget, platform fees, and any other applicable fees in accordance with posted pricing and the Terms of Use. Charges may occur at submission, on approval, on renewal, or as otherwise disclosed at the time of purchase. Refunds, where available, are governed by the applicable refund policy.

3. Advertising Platforms

Campaigns are delivered through third-party advertising platforms, currently including Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube, and may in the future include other providers. You agree to comply with each platform's advertising policies, including special-category (housing) advertising rules, and with the Fair Housing Compliance Agreement.

4. No Guarantee of Results

You acknowledge that advertising performance depends on factors outside NorLibs' control and that NorLibs does not guarantee leads, showings, tenants, buyers, clicks, conversions, impressions, reach, or any advertising result. You further acknowledge that advertising platforms independently review, approve, reject, price, deliver, pause, restrict, or disable ads, ad accounts, and pages under their own policies, and that NorLibs is not liable for any such platform decision, for the amount a platform actually spends or charges, or for any platform outage, policy change, account restriction, or ban.

5. Responsibility and Indemnity

You are solely responsible for the legality and compliance of the content and targeting of your campaigns, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NorLibs and Dominus Holdings LLC, as provided in the Terms of Use, for any claim arising from your advertising.

Acknowledgment. By submitting or launching a campaign, you accept this Authorization. We record your acceptance with the campaign identifier, platform, and budget, together with the document version, timestamp, account identifier, IP address, browser/user-agent, and device information.
