Fair Housing Compliance Agreement

This Fair Housing Compliance Agreement ("Agreement") is provided by Dominus Holdings LLC ("NorLibs," "we," "our," or "us") and must be accepted before you publish listings or run advertising through the NorLibs platform (the "Services"). It supplements the Terms of Use.

1. Your Compliance Obligation

You agree to comply with all applicable fair housing and anti-discrimination laws in connection with your listings, content, and advertising, including:

The federal Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq.);
Applicable state fair housing and anti-discrimination laws; and
Applicable local fair housing ordinances.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree that you will not publish, syndicate, or advertise any listing, statement, image, or content that expresses, directly or indirectly, any preference, limitation, or discrimination — or an intent to make any such preference, limitation, or discrimination — based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, or any other characteristic protected under applicable law. You are responsible for your tenant-screening and selection practices and for ensuring they comply with applicable law.

3. Advertising Platform Rules

You acknowledge that housing advertising is subject to special-category advertising rules on third-party platforms (including Meta Platforms and Google), and you agree to comply with those rules. You remain solely responsible for the compliance of any campaign created or run on your behalf.

4. NorLibs Compliance Controls

To support compliance and protect platform integrity, NorLibs may, using automated screening, manual review, or both, review, restrict, suspend, modify, remove, reject, or limit any listing, content, media, or advertising, and may restrict or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement. These controls are a right, not an obligation, and do not relieve you of your own independent compliance responsibilities. NorLibs is not liable for actions taken in good faith to address fair housing or legal-compliance concerns.

5. Responsibility and Indemnity

You are solely responsible for fair housing compliance of your listings, content, and advertising, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NorLibs and Dominus Holdings LLC, as provided in the Terms of Use, for any claim arising from your violation of fair housing or anti-discrimination law.

Acknowledgment. By accepting this Agreement, you confirm you understand and will comply with your fair housing obligations. We record your acceptance with the document version, timestamp, account identifier, IP address, browser/user-agent, and device information (and listing identifier where accepted in a listing workflow).
