Syndication Authorization Agreement

This Syndication Authorization Agreement ("Authorization") is provided by Dominus Holdings LLC ("NorLibs," "we," "our," or "us") and applies when you enable syndication for a listing on the NorLibs platform (the "Services"). It supplements the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Authorization to Syndicate

By enabling syndication for a listing, you authorize and direct NorLibs to distribute that listing's information and associated media — including address, descriptions, pricing, availability, amenities, lease information, designated contact information, listing metadata, photos, and videos — to the third-party syndication, listing, and advertising platforms you select. You represent that you have the authority and rights to syndicate the listing and media (see the Property & Content Certification).

2. Syndication Partners

Current and future partners may include Apartments.com, Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), Google, YouTube, Realtor.com, Homes.com, Trulia, Zillow, and other syndication or advertising partners we may add. We may add or remove partners over time; a new partner added to the scope of your authorization may require renewed acceptance.

3. No Control Over Third-Party Platforms

You acknowledge that each syndication platform independently controls whether, when, how, and for how long your content appears, and may reject, modify, delay, suspend, or remove it under its own policies and on its own timing. NorLibs does not guarantee listing placement, visibility, publication timing, accuracy of display, or performance on any platform, and is not liable for any platform's acts, omissions, policy changes, outages, data handling, or removal of your content. Once content is received by a third-party platform, that platform handles it under its own terms and privacy practices, which NorLibs does not control.

4. Duration and Withdrawal

This Authorization remains in effect for a listing while syndication for that listing is enabled. You may disable syndication for a listing at any time through the Services; however, NorLibs cannot guarantee how quickly a third-party platform will remove or update previously distributed content, and some platforms may retain or cache content after withdrawal.

Acknowledgment. By enabling syndication, you accept this Authorization for the applicable listing. We record your acceptance with the listing identifier, the selected platform(s), the document version, timestamp, account identifier, IP address, browser/user-agent, and device information.
