Property & Content Certification

This Property & Content Certification ("Certification") is provided by Dominus Holdings LLC ("NorLibs," "we," "our," or "us") and must be accepted when you create, publish, or materially update a listing on the NorLibs platform (the "Services"). It supplements the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Property Authority

By publishing or updating a listing, you certify, represent, and warrant that, for each property you list, you either:

Own the property;
Manage the property; or
Hold valid written authority from the owner to advertise, market, and (where you elect) syndicate the property.

You agree to provide proof of ownership or authority upon request. NorLibs may suspend or remove any listing whose ownership or authority cannot be verified.

2. Accuracy of Listing Information

You certify that all listing information you submit — including address, pricing, availability, lease terms, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, amenities, utilities, and contact information — is accurate, current, complete, and not misleading, and that you will promptly correct or remove information that becomes inaccurate.

3. Content Rights

You certify that you own or control all photos, videos, reels, virtual tours, floor plans, marketing materials, documents, and other content you upload, and that such content:

Does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other right;
Does not depict any individual without that individual's consent where required; and
Was obtained and is used with all necessary permissions and licenses.

4. Lawful and Non-Deceptive Marketing

You certify that your listing and its content comply with all applicable laws, including consumer-protection, advertising, and Fair Housing laws (see the Fair Housing Compliance Agreement), and do not contain false, deceptive, or discriminatory statements.

5. Responsibility and Indemnity

You are solely responsible for your listings and content. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NorLibs and Dominus Holdings LLC, as provided in the Terms of Use, for any claim arising from a breach of this Certification. NorLibs may review, restrict, modify, suspend, or remove any listing or content that it reasonably believes violates this Certification, the Terms of Use, applicable law, or a third-party platform's policy, without liability.

Acknowledgment. By accepting this Certification at the time you publish or update a listing, you confirm the above certifications are true for that listing. We record your acceptance with the listing identifier, document version, timestamp, account identifier, IP address, browser/user-agent, and device information.
